When the power is fixed and the speed of rotation is changed, the flow and the pressure is altered accordingly. For example£ºA compressor which power is 22kw ,when the pressure is 7bar,the flow is 3.8m/min and when 8bar, the flow is 3.6m/min according to the rotary speed of the compressor motor technology curve. So, the lower speed of rotation, the less flow and so on.
Choosing the power of compressor on the condition that the work pressure and the flow. The power is matched to drive electrical machine,So, the process of choosing compressor is pressure determination, then the flow, the powder at last. |
