Arrangement introduction
Choosing one unit purification equipment for two or lots of compressors according to the sum used compressed air. If one of the compressor is spare machine, according to max-flow.
Typical arrangement of compressor station is suit to a wide range of industries and trades. After the compressed air is exported and then imported into Air Receiver, it will pass the Pre-filter and then enter the Dryer to eliminate the moisture of compressed air, next when it goes through the After-filter, the quality of compressed air will reach to: particle aemoval¡Ü1um,oil content¡Ü0.1ppm. If it will be equipped Final filter, the character of compressed air will be better: particle aemoval¡Ü1um,oil content¡Ü0.1ppm.
Some trades which is low requirement in compressed air is only need compressor and receiver. For example: mining, transport, founding and so on; but in other trades which is high requirement is need Compressor, Receiver, Pre-filter, Dryer, After-filter, Final-filter, AC-filter, AD-filter, for example: food service, pharmaceutical, electronic, special spraying and so on. |
